Residential:

Solo cleaner, $50 per hour.

Team of two, $100 per hour.1

Plus sales tax.

Two hour minimum.

Commercial:

Solo cleaner, $70 per hour.

Team of two, $140 per hour.

Plus sales tax.

Two hour minimum.

  1. Please note that a team of two will be assigned if your home or office space is too large for a solo cleaner, or if you prefer the cleaning to be done in a shorter amount of time. We will work with you to make sure that we meet your schedule and budget. ↩︎
A note on estimates and rates

Walk-throughs and estimates are ALWAys free and no-obligation.

market changes and the need to find and retain the highest-quality employees may affect our rates. In the event of a rate increase, we will always communicate with you. We will never raise rates without prior communication and permission.
