No, the Dusty Bunny will provide everything. If there is a specific product you’d like us to use, just let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige.

The majority of our cleanings take place within a 30-minute radius of the office in Roseville. If you are right on the edge of the radius, or a bit further out, please contact us and we’ll see if we can clean your home.

It depends! We can do a better deep cleaning when things are generally picked up off the floors and other surfaces. But we completely understand if you DON’T organize beforehand because we know life is busy. In that case, we will do our best to work around your things. We’re judgement-free here at the Dusty Bunny!

No, as long as you provide a means of entry (e.g., garage code, lock box code, a key, etc.) we will be able to clean while you’re away.

Yes, for safety reasons we cannot touch blood, vomit, or syringes. We may occasionally pick up after your pet as long as it’s a small accident and easy to take care of. Finally, we are not exterminators; while we do take care of spiders and other normal household insects, we are not responsible for the wholesale elimination of insects from your home.

Yes, we are insured in the event something is damaged or broken in your home.

We schedule either a solo cleaner or a team of two, depending on how large your home is and what your scheduling needs are. Please see the “Our Services” page for more details.
